An innovative approach to holistic health
This integrated, patient-centered care model is housed in a new $1.98 million facility on Memorial’s downtown campus.
Our services continue during the COVID-19 outbreak
All our services remain available at the Wellness Connection Center and our Golisano Center, Summit Healthplex and OB/GYN Center satellite offices during the current public health crisis. We have taken every precaution to keep our clients, staff and the community safe and to prevent further spread of the novel coronavius.
Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Walk-in clinic hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. To learn more, call (716) 278-4541
We now offer telehealth visits
Telehealth services are now available to all current clients as well as new clients. Secure, confidential psychiatrist and therapist visits can be conducted over the telephone during our regular hours. Regular hours — weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To learn more, call (716) 278-4541.
Classes & Activities
Our free group classes and other activities have been suspended until the state again allows such group gatherings. At that time we will again offer educational opportunities, physical fitness activities and services to help ensure clients and community members receive the support they need.
We will then teach valuable skills in such areas as nutrition and medication self-management and help address such needs as housing, transportation and health insurance.
