the period 2023 -2024.

To assist in attaining the goals of the New York State Prevention Agenda, the Niagara County
Department of Health, in concert with hospital partners, selected two priorities:

Priority One: Prevention of Chronic Disease
Priority Two: Promote Well-Being and Prevent Mental Health and Substance
Abuse Disorders.
