Emergency Care
At Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, we provide expert, patient-centered care 24 hours a day in our ER1 Emergency Department.
ER1 was the first emergency department in the region to be fully integrated with a cardiac care center and the first to employ physicians who specialize in emergency medicine.
Comprehensive Emergency Care

ER1 is also an important component of Memorial’s New York state-designated Stroke Center, the first and most experienced center of its kind in Niagara County.
ER1 is home to the only dedicated psychiatric emergency department in Niagara County, providing comprehensive adult psychiatric assessments 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When you need to see a doctor after 5pm but don’t need an emergency room visit our After Hours Primary Care office
Located in the Golisano Center for Community Health
A doctor is available 5-9pm weekdays and no appointment is necessary. Located in the Golisano Center for Community Health adjacent to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center’s ER1. Call for more information 716-278-4151.
