Telemedicine visits are now available
We offer telemedicine appointments, sometimes called video visits, to patients at all our primary care sites. Secure, confidential visits may be conducted via smartphone, tablet or desktop computer during our regular weekday office hours.

We operate primary care offices in several convenient locations in Niagara and Northern Erie counties.
Care is provided by board-certified and resident physicians, general practitioners, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing high-quality care and a full spectrum of health maintenance and preventive care services.
