Outpatient pharmacy NOW open

GREAT NEWS! We now have an outpatient pharmacy.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Parkview Health Services have partnered to open a new outpatient pharmacy on the medical center’s downtown campus.

Parkview Rx Niagara Falls, located on the first floor of Memorial, is a referral-based pharmacy helping patients manage multiple medications and offering a Meds2Beds program.

 Med2Beds delivers post-hospital care prescriptions to a patient’s hospital room before discharge. The complimentary service is convenient and easy to take part in. Patient’s opt-in to the service through their discharge nurse who then notifies the pharmacy. The outpatient pharmacy then fills the prescription and delivers it directly to the patient’s room.

 “Parkview is excited to work with the dedicated staff at Niagara Falls Memorial to provide pharmacy services that will aid patients in staying compliant with their medication regimen,” said Justin Waclawek, Director of Pharmacy with Parkview Health Services.

Parkview Niagara Falls and Meds2Beds are the newest additions to Memorial’s continued expansion of programs and services directly aimed at improving patient care.
