Matthew DiPaola, M.D.

Dr. Mattew DiPaola is a shoulder & elbow surgery and general orthopaedics specialist with UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. He is also a clinical assistant professor of orthopaedics at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Graduating from Cornell University Medical College, DiPaola completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his fellowship in reconstructive shoulder & elbow surgery at the University Hospital for Joint Diseases.

DiPaola is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Dayton Orthopaedic Society. He was also appointed as a faculty member to the 2020 AAOS Massive Rotator Cuff Tears Course.
