Niagara University faculty members and Memorial Medical Center nurses will hold a free information session for registered nurses interested in earning their bachelor’s degree in nursing from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 13) in the medical center’s first-floor auditorium, 621 10th St.
Information will be shared about Niagara’s innovative RN to BSN program, a collaborative effort that has Niagara University faculty members teaching courses at Memorial, and working with the medical center to identify opportunities for case studies, research projects, guest speakers, and other resources to enhance students’ learning experiences.
The program is designed to help working nurses to obtain their bachelor’s degree and meet the state requirement for associate degree-prepared nurses to complete their baccalaureate within 10 years of graduation. For more information about the program, call 278-4123.
