Niagara Falls, NY — Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) has announced Krista Drozdowski as Director of Revenue Cycle and Population Management. Drozdowski brings a rich healthcare management background, focusing on practice administration and revenue cycle management.
In her new role, Drozdowski will oversee revenue cycle management and population health initiatives at the hospital’s primary care clinic, with a focus on improving financial outcomes, patient satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
Before joining NFMMC, Drozdowski served as Practice Administrator at Trinity Medical WNY, providing leadership and oversight to the practice’s administrative and operational functions. Additionally, Drozdowski’s past roles include Practice Manager at Buffalo Endovascular and Vascular Surgical Associates, and Certified Medical Assistant at Kaledia Health Emergency Department.
Drozdowski holds a Master’s in Business Administration from D’Youville College, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Systems Administration, and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Medical Assisting.
