Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has named Renee DeLuke as Director of Recruitment.
DeLuke is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College where she earned degrees in both Business Administration and Paralegal Studies.
Prior to joining Memorial in early 2019, DeLuke worked as a Community Educator/Volunteer Coordinator with National Center for Missing & Exploited Children,
and with Action Services & Research as a Field Manager/Officer of the Court.
In her new role, DeLuke will be responsible for managing and directing the successful recruitment of all personnel, including physicians, registered nurses and
advanced practice professionals. As Director of Recruitment, DeLuke will bring a unique skill set to her new position while assuring that all aspects of the hiring process are consistent with relevant mandates.
Prior to this appointment, DeLuke served as Human Resources Recruitment & Staff Coordinator and Benefits Coordinator with Memorial.
