Jenna Genova has been named Director of Social Work at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, effective August 30th.
A practicing social worker for over 5 years, Genova is a graduate of Niagara University and University at Buffalo, where she earned a bachelors in social work and a master of social work degree.
Prior to this appointment, Genova has served as Outpatient Mental Health Counselor, Emergency Department Social Worker, and Inpatient Social Worker and Discharge Planner at the medical center.
As Director of Social Work, Genova will oversee daily operations of inpatient social work, discharge planning and emergency department social work staff. Genova will also be involved in various grant-funded and special projects sponsored by the hospital.
