The Safe Harbor Project Coordinator coordinates Niagara County’s Safe Harbor Project including the development and delivery of multidisciplinary services to prevent and respond to the commercial and sexual exploitation of children (CSEC); development and implementation of public awareness and direct outreach efforts; and provision of case management services to youth who are suspected or confirmed victims of commercial sexual exploitation or labor trafficking.

Niagara Falls Memorial is actively recruiting for a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team As the Clinical Expert Consultant, the Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist would be available to assist in the nursing practice of high-risk cases or cases where the staff on a particular nursing unit would need education within his/her scope of practice. The CNS would recommend and instruct nursing and ancillary staff regarding the plan of care (POC), communicate and document POC in EMR.The CNS will have an intimate role in developing and updating policies, maintaining best-practice, standard of care, and in accordance with HFAP and other regulatory standards. The CNS will maintain didactic and psycho-motor components of education specific to the Critical Care and Medical-Surgical units. The CNS will be expected to be certified or get certified as WOCN. This candidate would be expected to develop a wound care curriculum for staff and assist in developing competencies for wound care at NFMMC. The CNS may serve in the role of Administrative Coordinator as needed.
