The Summit Healthplex is unparalleled in Niagara as an outpatient services center.

  • Our primary care physicians in the Summit Family Health Center (Suite 200 and Suite 500) know and understand your healthcare needs and those of your family. They’ll work with you to keep you in the best of health.

  • The Summit Family Health Center is a Patient Centered Medical Home. Office hours at Suite 200 are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, with extended hours on Mondays to 7 p.m. Call (716) 297-8260, Option 2 to schedule an appointment.

  • Primary care patients over the age of 55 may be eligible for Get Well/Stay Well. This next-generation program integrates primary care with counseling services and the services of a senior advocate who connects patients to community resources such as housing and nutrition services.   • Just a few steps away, in Suites 450 and 550, you'll find laboratory services and diagnostic imaging suites including X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound and mammography.  Extended hours are available weekday evenings and Saturdays for routine X-rays, mammograms and bone density studies. 

  • UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (Suite 600) provides comprehensive athletic training and sports medicine services. In addition, they offer orthopaedic urgent care services from 5 to 9 p.m. weekdays, when walk-ins are welcome. Call (716) 204-3200 for information.

  • At Summit Physical Therapy (Suite 700), caring professionals work with patients having health-related conditions, illnesses, or injuries to promote movement, reduce pain and restore function.

The Summit Healthplex also houses a number of specialty physicians and is conveniently located at 6934 Williams Road in Wheatfield, just five minutes from the north Grand Island Bridge.
