Domestic Violence Academy

Domestic violence affects up to 25% of American households. Anyone who works with people encounters individuals who have experienced or been exposed to domestic violence.

This free beginner level training will address:

  • the dynamics of domestic violence
  • trauma issues
  • identifying and responding to clients affected by violence in the home
  • the impact of exposure to domestic violence on children
  • resources available in Niagara County
