The Medical Staff Assistant works with the Medical Staff Coordinator, in coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing process. Facilitates all aspects of credentialing in collaboration with our CVO (Synernet), including initial appointments, re appointments, as well as clinical privileging for medical and allied health professionals. Ensures interpretation and compliance with HFAP accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing and maintain a working knowledge of the statues and laws relating to credentialing. Works under the supervision of the Medical Staff Coordinator & Vice President of Medical Affairs/Chief Medical Officer.

The Peer Educator will help men, regardless of their insurance status, understanding the importance of regular, guideline concordant prostate cancer screening. The Peer Educator will identify and address barriers to screening for prostate cancer. The work will aim to encourage men to visit with their health care providers to discuss their risk of prostate cancer and decide if they should be screened.
