Memorial expands open enrollment for health insurance

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is expanding its health insurance open enrollment program to a second day and location.

Area residents may now enroll in Medicaid, Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus:

• Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hamilton B. Mizer Primary Care Center, 501 10th St., Niagara Falls.

• Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Outreach for Wellness in Niagara (OWN), 1901 Main St., Niagara Falls.

Enrollees should bring identification showing their date of birth, such as a passport or birth certificate; social security card; a current utility bill or other verification of their residence address; and wage information, including pay stubs, for the past month.
