Caring. Considerate. Confidential.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center offers a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for people of all ages.  Our mission: Provide quality care to all in a safe and compassionate environment using a multidisciplinary approach that recognizes the uniqueness and dignity of each patient.

If you or a loved one needs emergency care, please call our 24 Hour Psychiatric Emergency Department at (716) 278-4405.

Our adult inpatient units provide stabilization and multi-disciplinary treatment that includes medical care, social work, rehabilitation therapy and peer advocate support services along with referrals to appropriate outpatient agencies.

Memorial's Continuing Day Treatment Program is a supportive program held five days a week with high quality educational and therapeutic programming by skilled clinicians. Lunch is served and transportation is available.

The Mental Health Outpatient Clinic provides comprehensive, one-to-one counseling with a person-centered treatment philosophy.  Issues addressed include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions and all other mental health issues.

Medication Management is staffed by registered nurses and social workers who provide supportive assistance with monitoring medications to assure continued emotional well being.

These programs are supported by the Niagara County Department of Mental Health and the New York State Office of Mental Health. To learn more, please call us at (716) 278-4541.
