CARExpress

Memorial Medical Center operates CARExpress, a seven-passenger minivan service, to transport patients to appointments at the Medical Center and satellite facilities, including the Hamilton B. Mizer Primary Care Center and Summit Healthplex.

Riders must be ambulatory (able to walk). The charge is $1 each way.

The service is available in the Niagara Falls area weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Call 278-4444 to arrange for a ride.

Van drivers and assistants are volunteers. Training is provided. Drivers must have a clean driving record.
