Memorial's Continuing Day Treatment Program is a supportive program held five days a week with high quality educational and therapeutic programming by skilled clinicians. Lunch is served and transportation is available. Call (716) 278-4541.
- Patients over the age of 55 may be eligible for the Get Well/Stay Well Program. This program is the next generation of care and integrates behavioral health services with primary care to improve patients’ overall well-being. The Niagara Wellness Connection Center provides convenient access to primary care, behavioral health treatment, addiction screening, health and wellness education, fitness activities, community support services and financial and health insurance counseling – all under one roof. Call (716) 278-4541.
Medication Management is staffed by registered nurses and social workers who provide supportive assistance with monitoring medications to assure continued emotional well being. Call (716) 278-4541.
Our adult inpatient units provide stabilization and multi-disciplinary treatment that includes medical care, social work, rehabilitation therapy and peer advocate support services along with referrals to appropriate outpatient agencies.
